Laminating Machine Usage and Feature: The machine is applied to laminating various roll materials, such as plastic film, paper, and aluminum foil, etc, in two-layer or multi-layer manner. This machine adopts photoelectric correcting system, automatic tension control system, pneumatic open-type oven and oven’s hot air circulatory system, with the characteristic of simple operation, low noise, low energy consumption and little air pollution, etc. 1. First unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder all adopt air-expansion shaft. 2. First unwinder is equipped with photoelectric correction device. 3. The film tension of first unwinder and second unwinder is controlled by automatic tension controller. 4. Glue spreading by mesh roller; scraper imported from Switzerland; the scraper will oscillate when glue spreading. 5. Dual-frequency conversion adjusting speed technology; the machine is equipped with two Panasonic frequency converters, seperately controlling main motor and glue spreading motor. 6. The entrance of oven is equipped with low friction pneumatic fluctuating roller to make film tension in the oven fully automatic controlled. 7. The inner of laminating hot-roller is heated by heat-conducting oil, uniform temperature and energy saving. 8. Glue spreading pressure roller and laminating pressure roller adopt pneumatic press-adding machanism, whose pressure can be regulated. 9. Pneumatic open-type oven; the total length of oven is 7.2m; the inner guiding rollers are shaped in arch, driven by chain initiatively; there are walkway and guard rail at the side of the oven. 10. The oven is devided into three sections of independent temperature control; external electric heating system; the temperature in every section can be regulated independently. 11. The inner of the oven is stainless steel and hot air circulation structured, which can save much energy. 12. The air exhausting equipment in the entrance of the oven discharges high concentration gas which volatilizes in the beginning. 13. All the aluminum guiding rollers are highly hardened and dynamic balance processing.
